The Harry S. Truman Scholarship Foundation awards students who are a full-time junior-level student at a four-year institution pursuing a bachelor’s degree. “Junior” refers to a student who plans to continue full-time undergraduate study and who expects to receive a baccalaureate degree the following year or is in their third year of collegiate study expects to graduate during the same year.
